Ladonia, Texas -- Spurred on by another strong performance by freshman Kor'Ziareona Aubrey, the playoff-bound Fannindel Lady Falcons flew past the Ector Lady Eagles for a 38-point win in District 19-1A action Friday, January 31.

Aubrey picked up a double-double with 38 points and 14 steals for the surging Lady Falcons. It was Fannindel's sixth win in a row.

Fannindel opened the game with an 18-4 run in the first quarter and took a commanding 33-13 lead into the locker room at halftime.

It was more of the same in the second half as Fannindel outscored Ector, 29-11, to put a 62-24 win in the books.

Fannindel will travel to Campbell on Tuesday, February 4 to close out the district schedule, while Ector will host Dodd City.
