Addison, Texas -- Taste Addison was the region’s first major food festival when it debuted in 1993. As the festival evolved, it has developed a world-class reputation as a food and music festival. Now, as it celebrates its 30th anniversary, Taste Addison has become so much more. The three-day festival captivates all five senses and offers something for everyone with a variety of eats, beats and artistic treats!
For the first time, the 2025 Taste Addison is scheduled to take place during the cooler part of the year, Friday, April 25 through Sunday, April 27, in Addison Circle Park.
The core of Taste Addison is its celebration of the culinary arts, and it’s no secret why! With more than 200 restaurants, Addison boasts the highest number of restaurants per capita in the United States. Many of those restaurants will be sharing their tastiest eats at this year’s festival. Guests can visit the Chow Hall, where more than a dozen food stalls will share Taste Bites from area restaurants. The Tasty Truck Stop will celebrate food truck fun with a variety of delicious offerings both sweet and savory. Addison is home to culinary delights from around the world, and many of those restaurants will showcase their wares on WorldEats Street, a global food village. Additionally, guests will enjoy several pop-up and unique restaurant experiences throughout Addison Circle Park.
Beverages are also a part of Taste Addison, and this year the Corkyard, The Lawn and Speakeasy will be returning. Sunday brunch also makes a comeback in the Speakeasy this year.
The beats lineup is just as strong as the eats at Taste Addison. World-class headliners will be showcased all weekend long on the Main Stage, with headliner announcements planned soon. The event has six entertainment areas throughout the 12-acre Addison Circle Park – the Main Stage, the Addison Performing Arts Centre, the WorldBeats stage, the Speakeasy, the Corkyard and the Blue Dot Spot – each of which features astonishing array of talent. Guests can travel the world as they experience sounds from the WorldBeats Stage; buskers can be found at the Blue Dot in the center of the park; and soloists and duos will enhance the dining and drinking experience at the Speakeasy and Corkyard.
The popular Sip & Stroll Art Walk will return for the 2025 festival, featuring dozens of juried creators and pop-up wine bars for tasty sips. Shoppers Row will feature unique goods by some of the region’s best artisans and merchants.
“For the 30th anniversary of Taste Addison, we’re going all in! We’re creating special experiences in every corner of Addison Circle Park,” said Addison Director of Special Events Abby Morales. “This is a signature celebration for the Town of Addison, and we’re inviting lovers of food, music and art to join us for a three-day party this April.”
Additional family entertainment this year includes the Bite Sized Backyard, a kids’ area with family activities, and the return of the Taste Addison Carnival.
Tickets for Taste Addison will be available for sale beginning March 12, 2025.
