Fannin County Grand Jury true bills 25 cases

Fannin County, Texas -- Criminal District Attorney John Skotnik reports that the Fannin County Grand Jury heard twenty-six (26) cases presented for its consideration during the February 20th session. Twenty-five (25) cases were true billed.

It is important to note that an indictment is a formal charge and should not be considered as evidence of guilt and that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
