Durant, Oklahoma -- 360 Broadband is proud to announce the promotion of Dustin Reid, M.Ed., to Vice President of Business Development. Since joining the company in October 2023, Dustin has been instrumental in fostering customer relationships, driving strategic growth, and expanding its reach across its service areas.
With a strong background in organizational development, business management, and sales strategy, Dustin previously served as Director of Business Development and Sales and Marketing at 360 Broadband. In his new leadership role, he will oversee business expansion efforts and continue strengthening partnerships to enhance community connectivity solutions.

Dustin holds an Associate’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), where he was also a member of the football program. He then earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern State University, continuing his football career. He later obtained a Master’s in Education from East Central University while working as a teacher. His background in academia, competitive athletics, and education has shaped his strategic mindset and leadership approach, allowing him to excel in dynamic business environments.
