Ector, Texas -- The Ector Lady Eagles gave the Trenton Lady Tigers a close game before Trenton pulled away late for a 12-run win on the road.
Ector only trailed 15-12 after three innings, but Trenton scored the game's final nine runs to earn a 24-12 victory.
Ector sophomore Adalynn Dederick went 3-for-3, blasted a three-run shot over the right field fence and finished with five runs batted in.
Alana Mackey and Audrey Arie both had two hits for Ector and Aspen Harrison drove in a pair of runs.
