Paris, Texas -- McKinney North Bulldogs soccer (16-1-1) played the Mt. Pleasant Tigers (14-1-5) on March 21, 2025 for the start of the UIL State Championships. This was an unusual first playoff match considering both teams only had 1 loss for the season. The Bulldogs won the bi-district match 2-0 to continue their playoff run.

McKinney North will take on Heritage in the area round.
