Mark Tarpley to give program at Audie Murphy/American Cotton Museum

 Museum LBS Presents: Mark Tarpley

Greenville, Texas -- Join us at noon on Tuesday, April 1 at the Audie Murphy/American Cotton Museum for a program by Mark Tarpley. He will be talking about the Air Force in Vietnam from 1955-1975 and beyond. Mark enlisted in the Air Force in 1971 and became an Air Force Navigator.

He earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce, an MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Doctoral Studies at Oklahoma State University. He retired from the Air Force in 1998 as a Colonel.

After retiring Mark became a Defense Marketing Consultant and Field Representative for multiple aerospace companies that conduct aircraft component repair and overhaul supporting Air Force, Army and Defense Logistics Agency requirements. In addition, Mark in involved with the Air & Space Forces Association.

Admission to the program is free for museum members; otherwise there will be a general admission charge of $8 adults, $6 seniors/veterans/college students and $3 6-18 yr. olds. For additional information or questions contact the Museum at (903) 450-4502.
