Grapevine, Texas -- ONM Living, a fully integrated, build-for-rent company leveraging more than 75 years of development and construction expertise, announces the construction of two new rental communities, Cottages at Century Farms located within the Anna, Texas, ETJ (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction) and Cottages at Providence Commons in Providence Village, Texas.

Located at 1955 Chambersville Road just north of the forthcoming Collin County Outer Loop extension, Cottages at Century Farms will feature 290 duplex-style homes, while Cottages at Providence Commons, located at 10734 Fishtrap Road, will include 188 cottage-style homes. Both communities are expected to begin renting in late 2026.

Cottages at Century Farms and Cottages at Providence Commons will both be located along the rapidly growing U.S. 380 corridor, providing residents with direct access to major employment hubs in Anna, Denton, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Richardson and Grayson County’s rising tech hub. The nearby University of North Texas, Professional Golfers’ Association of America Headquarters, The Star, Toyota Stadium and the future Universal Kids Resort will offer renters numerous educational, entertainment, dining and retail options.

As part of master-planned communities, Cottages at Century Farms and Cottages at Providence Commons will encompass nearly 23 acres and 14 acres, respectively, and will consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom premium rental homes, with floor plans ranging from approximately 350 square feet to nearly 1,400 square feet. The homes will offer a thoughtful, modern design and layout and include premium features such as private, fenced yards, covered front porches, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in showers, spacious closets, full-size washers and dryers, LED lighting, luxury wood-style flooring and smart technology. Amenities at both sites include community-wide WiFi, a fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, pickleball and other sports courts, a dog park and walking trails.

Cottages at Century Farms and Cottages at Providence Commons mark ONM Living’s 14th and 15th build-to-rent developments since it was founded in 2019 and account for approximately $100 million of new capital. The company’s current portfolio consists of more than 2,000 homes representing more than $450 million in capital, with plans to develop and deliver an additional 1,000 rental units representing more than $250 million in new capital investment over the next three years.

ONM’s investment partner in both projects was All Pro Capital, a longstanding and trusted partner and participant in ten ONM projects. ONM will develop both communities in partnership with its sister company, Jabez Development, and will lead the construction and management of all assets at both sites.
