Bonham, Texas -- Sallie Juannell Gregory, whose gentle spirit and creative soul graced this earth from November 16, 1947, until the Lord called her home on May 27, 2025. She was born under the big skies of Fort Worth, Texas.
Sallie was the cherished daughter of the late Richard and Bessie Gregory, who taught her the values of hard work and dedication. Sallie's roots ran deep in the heart of Texas, and it was there, in Bonham, that she drew her final breath.
In her professional life, Sallie was known as a Retail Art Manager, where her creative touch and visionary eye brought joy and beauty to all who encountered her.
But perhaps Sallie's most impressive feat was the home she built with her own two hands—a symbol of her strength, her independence, and her incredible handiness. That house was more than a structure; it was a sanctuary, a canvas upon which she painted the story of her life. She led a simple and quiet life within its walls.
Sallie is survived by son, Jacques Bacon.
