The strategic partners behind the new location are the local husband-and-wife duo, Ludo and Yi Le Gall. Originally from France, Ludo has always had a deep passion for the culinary arts and a strong desire to share the rich flavors of French cuisine with his Texas community. Some of his most cherished memories are of his mother lovingly making crepes for the family in the kitchen. 

In 2018, the couple discovered Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café and instantly connected with the brand’s vision. That connection inspired them to open their first location in Friendswood in 2020. Now, they’re eager to expand their Sweet Paris portfolio and welcome a new community to the experience.

The McKinney Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is the brand’s second location the DFW area and the 21st store overall in its portfolio.
