Chainsaw teams to help with cleanup and recovery

Bonham, TX — June 17, 2025 — Volunteers with Southern Baptists of Texas Convention Disaster Relief (SBTC Disaster Relief) are helping residents in Bonham following the June 8 storm damage. 

SBTC Disaster Relief is responding with cleanup and recovery teams to remove fallen trees from homes and roads.

Operations are being based out of First Baptist Church, Bonham.

“We are here to support the community,” said SBTC DR Director Scottie Stice. “We are honored to serve the residents of Bonham in their time of need."
