On August 5, 2025, investigators hit the streets to conduct compliance checks to verify the addresses of 15 registered sex offenders in the Celina/Prosper areas. The operation found 13 offenders in compliance, two known offenders out of compliance, and located one additional offender who appears to not be at a registered address.

The JETFTF is currently assisting partner agencies in conducting investigations into these non-compliant offenders. One non-compliant offender in Celina was arrested by the JETFTF at his place of employment in Gunter, TX.

This operation was the culmination of several weeks of planning and coordination between the JETFTF, TXDPS, Celina PD, Prosper PD, and the Collin Co. District Attorney’s Office.
