Saint Jo, Texas -- The Ector Lady Eagles had a strong showing at the Saint Jo tournament this past weekend, finishing with a 3–3 record. The team fought hard in every match, showing grit and teamwork on the court.
Leading the offense was Alana Mackey, who racked up 33 kills, 41 assists, 50 digs, and 5 aces. Adalynn Dederick also had a standout performance with 25 kills, 57 assists, 42 digs, and 5 aces. Ally Harris powered in 22 kills, 6 aces, 23 digs, and 4 assists, while Lydia Essary contributed 15 kills, 5 aces, and 36 digs.
Defensively, Audrey Arie anchored the back row with an impressive 84 digs and 2 perfect serve-receive passes. Aleea Wheeler added 15 kills, 8 aces, and 7 digs, while Odette Cruz brought strength at the net with 9 kills, 2 blocks, and 3 digs. Rounding out the effort, Ella Lamance chipped in with 2 kills, 2 digs, and 1 ace.
The Lady Eagles continue to grow stronger each tournament, and this weekend’s performance proved their ability to compete and battle as a team.
