McKinney, Texas –– The sights, sounds, and flavors of the State Fair are coming to North Texas this fall — without the long drive or parking hassle! The Stix Icehouse is thrilled to announce its State Fair Pop-Up, The Big Texperience, coming this September 26 – October 19, bringing all the nostalgic fun of fair season to the heart of McKinney. 

From fried favorites to sweet treats and creative cocktails, The Stix will be serving up an exclusive State Fair-inspired food and drink menu. Think funnel cake fries, footlong corn dogs, deep fried dogs and donuts, Funnel Cake Ale and more.

But it’s not just about food — it’s a full-on experience! Families can enjoy face painting, balloon animals, live music, outdoor movies, photo ops, and activities designed for all ages. The grand finale is on October 19: The Stix Icehouse 4th Annual Good Ol’ Days Festival.  We’re hosting pony rides, petting zoo, vendor market, celebrity dunk tank for charity and an old fashioned family field day!
