Telephone, Texas -- It is with a heart full of cherished memories and gentle sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Billie Carol Campbell, who was born on November 16, 1967, in Hobbs, NM, and entered into eternal rest on September 23, 2025, at Mullican Care Center in Savoy, TX.
A devout Christian, Billie lived her faith and showed love and kindness in her every action. She dedicated many years of service as a Sunday School teacher, sharing her love for the Lord with the children and families of her community. Her commitment to her faith was evident not only in her words but in the way she lived her life, always embodying the Christian virtues of generosity and love.
Billie's role as a grandmother was one of her greatest joys. Her eyes sparkled with delight at the sight of her grandchildren, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Known for her sweet spirit and impeccable manners, Billie was the epitome of politeness and grace. Her generous nature extended far beyond her immediate circle, as she was always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She gave freely of her time, her resources, and, most importantly, her heart.
She is preceded in death by father, William Scott, and sister, Mary Sisk.
Billie is survived by, mother, Retha Newman, daughters, Bethany Baker, Kristen Campbell, sisters, Melissa Williamson, Susan Rowland, Christy Haywood, Sherri Johnson, brothers, James Scott, William Scott, grandchildren, Aaron, Alexis, Carter, Trenton and Nevaeh.
