In a thrilling final day of the 2025 PBR Camping World Team Series regular season, the Texas Rattlers beat the No. 1 Florida Freedom to clinch a first-round bye in Las Vegas after the Arizona Ridge Riders were stunned in their home finale, opening the door for Texas.
In the must-win battle for a chance to secure the crucial bye at the PBR Teams league Championship, the Rattlers prevailed over the Freedom 345.25-172.25 to improve to 23-12 as Florida fell to 25-10.

Texas rode four bulls on Sunday inside Desert Diamond Arena for the second-straight game, led by Brady Fielder (88.25 points on Rank Hank), Daniel Keeping (87.25 on Project X), Winy dos Santos (86.25 on Rafiki), and Claudio Montanha Jr. (83.5 on Hillbilly Heat). Elizmar Jeremias rode Malibu’s Top Dawg for 86 points for the Freedom.
Fielder’s ride temporarily put him atop the MVP Race before being knocked off by John Crimber, who leap-frogged the Aussie with 86.25-points ride on Smooth Violation making the 20-year- old the league MVP the second straight season. Fielder, who began the season on the sidelines with a broken leg, rode 75% of his bulls to go 24-for-32 on the season.
Florida, Austin, and Texas have the first-round byes heading into Las Vegas.
The Rattlers rebounded on Saturday and Sunday to gain the bye after losing to the No. 5 Carolina Cowboys on Friday night 172.5-87.5. Texas had the lead in the second frame with an 87.5-point ride by Daniel Keeping aboard Project X but the ride ultimately came up short when Carolina’s Clay Guiton bested Puckered up for 85.75 points and Derek Kolbaba then sealed the win with 86.75 points on Feeds Red River.
On Saturday, the Rattlers showed no mercy against the No. 7 Missouri Thunder, riding four bulls to a 349.5-169.25 victory. Brady Fielder (87), Daniel Keeping (88.25), Qynn Anderson (86.5), and Claudio Montanha Jr. (87.75) bested their bovine counterparts. About the PBR Camping World Team Series
The PBR Camping World Team Series is an elite league featuring the world’s top bull riders competing on teams in five-on-five bull riding games during a 13-event season beginning in July and culminating in a Team Championship at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in October.
During the 2025 season, the league’s fourth, each of the ten teams – Austin Gamblers of Austin, TX; Arizona Ridge Riders of Glendale, AZ; Carolina Cowboys of Greensboro, NC; Florida Freedom of Sunrise, FL; Kansas City Outlaws of Kansas City, MO; Nashville Stampede of Nashville, TN; Oklahoma Wildcatters of Oklahoma City, OK; Missouri Thunder of Springfield, MO; New York Mavericks of Elmont, NY, and Texas Rattlers of Fort Worth, TX – will host a three-day homestand. There are also neutral-site games in Anaheim, CA and Duluth, GA.
PBR Teams, which launched in July 2022, builds on the existing structure of professional bull riding with the same basic rules for judging and scoring qualified 8-second bull rides. Events are staged in head-to-head matchups in a tournament-style format. In five-on-five games, the team with the highest aggregate score of qualified rides among its riders is declared the winner.
