Cottages at Anna Station, located at 1340 County Rd. 1106, and Cottages at Lake Lavon, located at 151 Villas Dr., feature 196 and 268 distinguished paired homes, respectively, in Collin County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation, which added nearly 76,000 new residents last year.

Designed to provide a more attainable and affordable single-family lifestyle experience, both communities offer convenient access to major regional employment centers and recreation opportunities. Cottages at Anna Station connects residents to job hubs along the U.S. 380 Corridor that runs through Anna, Denton, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Richardson and Grayson County’s rising tech hub. Similarly, Cottages at Lake Lavon, located near the 1,500-acre Elevon Master Plan Development off State Highway 78 in eastern Collin County, offers proximity to neighborhood retail and dining, entertainment districts, major employers and two of North Texas’ most desirable fishing and recreational lakes, Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard.

As of early 2025, Fort Worth led the North Texas region with more than 1,800 build-to-rent units in the pipeline, accounting for nearly one-eighth of the state’s approximately 22,000 build-to-rent units on tap and more than one-fifth of those planned for Dallas-Fort Worth.
All three communities feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from approximately 350 square feet to nearly 1,400 square feet with rents averaging roughly $1,700 per month. The homes offer a thoughtful, modern design and layout with premium finishes including private, fenced yards, covered front porches, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in showers, spacious closets, full-size washers and dryers, LED lighting, luxury wood-style flooring and integrated smart technology.
