Designed to provide a more attainable and affordable single-family lifestyle experience, both communities offer convenient access to major regional employment centers and recreation opportunities. Cottages at Anna Station connects residents to job hubs along the U.S. 380 Corridor that runs through Anna, Denton, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Richardson and Grayson County’s rising tech hub. All three communities feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from approximately 350 square feet to nearly 1,400 square feet with rents averaging roughly $1,700 per month.
