Heber, Arkansas --  A Cabot, Arkansas angler landed a nice brown trout this week while stripping streamers in the Little Red River with guide Mike Winkler.

The Flatliner Fly was "the ticket," Mike said, adding that it was one of the coldest days they'd experienced of late.
