
Lindsay had an 11-8 advantage at the end of the opening period. Dodd City's points came on three-pointers by Weeks and Shindler and a basket by Kayleigh McBrayer.
In the second quarter, Weeks put up six points and Kodi Dorau dropped in five points, however Lindsay stretched its lead to 23-19 at the half.
Weeks had another six points in the third frame. Dodd City only trailed by one point, 25-24, going into the fourth quarter.
Lindsay managed to outscore Dodd City 7-6 down the stretch to give the Lady Knights an exciting 32-30 victory in the tournament championship.
Addison Weeks scored a game-high 16 points, Kodi Dorau scored seven, Gracyn Shindler finished with five points and Kayleigh McBrayer contributed two points.
Weeks had a team-high seven rebounds, Dorau grabbed six rebounds, Shindler pulled down five boards and McBrayer had two rebounds.
Weeks also led Dodd City with four steals, followed by Shindler (2), McBrayer (2), Kendyl Lindsey (2) and Kennedy Chaney (1).
Dodd City will travel to Community for a 1:00 p.m. tip-off on Friday, January 2, 2026 before hosting Wills Point on Tuesday, January 6.
