Ladonia, Texas -- Four Lady Hornets finished in double figures as Dodd City continued to run roughshod over District 19-A competition with a 47-point win on the road over the Fannindel Lady Falcons.

Kayleigh McBrayer came out with the hot hand and knocked down nine points in the first quarter to help Dodd City take a 20-5 lead into the second period. The Lady Hornets led 32-10 at the half and went on to outscore Fannindel 43-18 in the second half to pick up a 75-28 victory over a district opponent.

Addison Weeks had another double-double with 29 points and 12 rebounds, in addition to leading her team in assists (5) and steals (4).

Joining Weeks in double figures were Gracyn Shindler (16 pts.), Kayleigh McBrayer (11 pts.) and Kodi Dorau (10 pts.).

Dorau also grabbed seven rebounds.

Kendyl Lindsey put up four points, crashed the boards for 11 rebounds and handed out four assists.

Carla Medina had three points, Makayla Camp contributed two points and Kennedy Chaney deflected two passes that led to steals and transition points.

Camp also came down with four rebounds.

Shindler led the team with seven deflections and Dorau got a hand on five passes.

Dodd City's next two games are at Miller Grove (Jan. 20) and Ector (Jan. 23).
