Leonard, Texas -- The Leonard Lady Tigers improved to 17-13 on the year with a 27-point win over the Howe Lady Bulldogs.
Leonard doubled up on Howe in the opening period, 10-5, and led 22-17 at the half.
The Lady Tigers dominated the final two periods, outscoring Howe 33-11 to post a 55-28 victory.
Leonard's Riley Brown was a force in the paint and finished with a remarkable double-double by knocking down 19 points and grabbing 18 rebounds.
Avery Ross finished with eight points, seven rebounds, six assists and a steal.
Kylie Houser put up eight points and pulled down seven rebounds.
Emma Houser put up eight points and handed out four assists.
Bella Neaville had three steals, seven points and 10 rebounds.
Micaela Garza pitched in three points and a rebound, while Sarah Garvey tossed two points.
Madison Wren came down with three rebounds and grabbed a pair of steals.
Lauren Pemberton pulled down two rebounds to go along with a steal and an assist.
Trinity Newby finished with one rebound and one steal.
Leonard is scheduled to travel to S&S on Tuesday, January 27.
