Jericho Village, developed by Agape Resource &Assistance Center, features 38 attainable housing units integrated with comprehensive wraparound supportive services, including healthcare access, childcare resources, financial literacy, budgeting, and transportation assistance—addressing both immediate housing needs and long-term stability.
“For too long, our faith-based partners were excluded from HUD’s work supporting our most vulnerable citizens,” said HUD Secretary Scott Turner. “Working alongside our partners in the faith community, we are now bridging resources and helping more Americans achieve homeownership and self-sustainability. Jericho Village shows how affordable housing, paired with supportive services, brings hope and dignity to families in need.”

The development operates under the HousingPLUS model, which combines income-based rent with onsite wraparound supportive services, to help families transition from housing instability to lasting independence.
“Jericho Village demonstrates that HousingPLUS — income-based housing combined with onsite, wraparound supportive services — is an effective and scalable solution to today’s housing crisis,” said Rev. Janet Collinsworth, Founder & CEO of Agape & Jericho Village. “It’s time to scale it nationwide, and we call on communities everywhere to rally around and support efforts like this so families can attain and sustain stability for generations to come.”
Jericho Village stands as a proven, replicable model for communities seeking to address housing affordability while delivering measurable, long-term outcomes. By pairing attainable housing with integrated supportive services, the development illustrates how local, faith-based initiatives can drive meaningful and lasting change nationwide.
