Sunday, March 15, '26, 3:00-5:00 p.m.
Fannin County, Texas -- You are invited to a Harmony House Concert featuring this remarkable twosome on Sunday afternoon, March 15, 2026, 3:00-5:00 p.m. For several years, they brought in each New Year at our venue, and then we booked them whenever they were available. Terri's life became busy with writing a new book and running Wilory Farm at Martindale, which is also home to her Own Your Own Universe (OYOU) non-profit project, which works with others to enrich their lives through music. Lloyd's life is always busy with the production of CDs, videos, and such for numerous artists, while continuing to make appearances on Austin City Limits, etc. Read more about each of them below.

To join in the fun, make your reservation soon by calling 903-583-2661. Leave your name, contact info (preferably an email address), and the number of seats you want. Reservations are $25 per person, payable in cash or by check written to Terri Hendrix, on the day of the concert. Since this concert will likely be sold out, we will keep a Wait List in case there are cancellations. If you make a reservation and need to cancel, please do so ASAP. "No-shows" are a "No-No". Anyone who makes a reservation and then fails to attend the concert will be responsible for the payment of the reservation.
Terri and Lloyd will play two sets, each being 45-minutes in length, with a 30-minute intermission. During the break, you can talk to Terri and/or Lloyd, get another cup of java or punch, fill your plate with tasty snacks, mingle with other guests, visit the Necessary Room, or take a brief walk outdoors for a breath of fresh air. We (Faye & Scott, your hosts) will provide bottomless cups of coffee, herbal tea/organic juice punches, assorted cheeses with crackers, and other snacks for guests to enjoy. Guests are requested to bring finger food to share with others during the concert. There will be tables set up throughout the house for these goodies.
Harmony House is located on Wildscape Acres, which is 10 miles north of Bonham and about 65 miles NE of Dallas. We have been hosting notable independent singer-songwriters and guests in our reclaimed vintage home, www.WildscapeAcres.com, for more than 20 years. If you've never been to our venue, we would welcome you with either a handshake or a hug, whatever your preference. Indicate when making a reservation whether you will need directions to our "little house on the prairie". More about Terri Hendrix
“Terri Hendrix holds her own among the poets
who if you cut their words, they bleed." ~ Ray Wylie Hubbard
Terri Hendrix, recognized by Acoustic Guitar magazine as one of Texas' 20 essential contemporary singer-songwriters, has garnered a global fanbase for her unique blend of folk, pop, country, blues, and jazz. Her music is characterized by poetic grace, melodic flair, and a generous dose of wit and wisdom. Notably, she co-wrote the Grammy-winning instrumental "Lil' Jack Slade" for the Chicks and has received numerous accolades, including a star on the South Texas Music Walk of Fame, the Art of Peace Award from Saint Mary's University, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from Hardin-Simmons University.
Additionally, she has been crowned Mermaid Queen, been honored with a SMART Award for artistic excellence, was inducted into the Women's Hall of Fame, and received a lifetime achievement award for her contributions to the arts in San Marcos, Texas. Her master recordings and archives are housed at the prestigious Wittliff Collections at Texas State University. In 2025, she was the recipient of the Carl and Michael Hearne Legacy Grant by the esteemed Howlin' Dog Music. She's currently working with Texas A&M University Press on a book chronicling her lifelong struggle with epilepsy.

Embodying Texas’ independent spirit, this classically trained vocalist and guitar, mandolin, and harmonica player has remained fiercely independent, releasing every album since her 1996 debut on her own Wilory Records label — pioneering a fan-financing model which predated the advent of crowdfunding.
Beyond her musical achievements, Terri Hendrix is a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities, drawing from her own experiences with Chiari Malformation, Epilepsy, Spasmodic Dysphonia, and Essential Vocal Tremor. She deeply understands the impact of medical conditions on quality of life and believes in the transformative power of the arts to uplift the human spirit. In addition to her public performances, she dedicates herself to helping individuals with special needs write their own songs and stories. She accomplishes this through her involvement with the Texas Commission on the Arts and her nonprofit organization, "Own Your Own Universe," which she established in 2012.
