4. Read and approve minutes of 01/22/2026 meeting

5. Financial Report, review bank balance

6. Discussion and possible action regarding adding TML insurance for board members (follow up)

7. Discussion and possible action regarding an attorney for the Agency (follow up)

8. Discussion and possible action regarding FCWSA audit

9. Discussion and possible action regarding House Bill 500, Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant (follow up)

10. Discussion and possible action regarding policy to address water capacity needs for development (follow up)

11. Discuss and begin developing a timeline for future water needs in Fannin County

12. Public Forum: To speak at the FCWSA Board meeting, a Public Participation form must be filled out and returned to the Director prior to the beginning of the meeting
