New five-acre development to open initial expansion in early June, with plans to add manufacturing space and double workforce within three years
Bonham, Texas -- Bonham Economic Development Corporation (BEDCO) announced that Vector Systems Inc., a global manufacturer of industrial process equipment with nearly $35 million in annual revenue, will relocate its headquarters from McKinney to Bonham, Texas, in Fannin County, a move that will include significant expansion of the company’s operations.
Located off U.S. Highway 82 at Albert Broadfoot Street and County Road 1565 across from Jones Field Airport, an 18,000-square-foot expansion of the existing facility will house assembly operations and temporary offices, both facility openings slated for early June.

The company also plans to lease 22,000 square feet on the east side of Jones Field Airport, the city’s public-use business, industrial and recreational airport.
“Vector Systems’ expansion is a major win for Bonham and an important signal that our city is ready for continued business growth, particularly in the industrial sector,” said BEDCO Executive Director William Myers. “This investment brings high-quality jobs and significant investment to Bonham and Fannin County, while strengthening our position as a competitive location for manufacturing in North Texas.”
Vector Systems’ production at its new Bonham headquarters will leverage global data center growth, as well as the company’s work in the renewable energy, power generation, emerging technologies and refinery sectors. Vector Systems is projected to reach $100 million in revenue within three years, with plans to increase its workforce from 129 employees to approximately 230 during this period.
“Bonham’s strategic location along major corridors, Sam Rayburn Highway (Hwy 121) and U.S. Highway 82, a competitive operating environment and access to a skilled workforce make it ideal for continued growth and reaching our customers throughout Texas and beyond,” said Vector Systems Chief Financial Officer Lorie Clark. “The community’s quality of life and strong workforce partnerships, including programs with Grayson College’s welding program, also give us confidence for expanding efficiently and investing here long term.”
Capacity at the Bonham site is currently 15,500 square feet, including 8,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Following the expansion, the 2 airport area sites are projected to grow to 56,000 square feet.
