Tom Bean, Texas -- In a game where both teams could only manage one hit, The Tom Bean Tomcats took advantage of 13 walks and an error to manufacture a 10-0 win over the Dodd City Hornets.

Tom Bean scored two runs in the first inning and then the Tomcats put the game away with eight runs in the bottom of the third.

Cash Crossland collected the lone hit for Dodd City and Cash Linder had Tom Bean's only hit.

Linder held Dodd City to one hit in five innings to get the win.

The Dodd City Hornets will be on the road again Tuesday, March 31 when they travel to Trenton for a 7:00 p.m. contest.

Looming large on the horizon, the Hornets will host Ector on Good Friday at noon in a game to determine the District 11 Class 1A championship.
