Attendees will enjoy complimentary classic picnic fare, including hot dogs, chips, refreshing water, and delightful snow cones. The atmosphere will be enlivened with engaging music and a diverse array of games and interactive activities designed for all age groups, offering opportunities to win exciting prizes. Planned activities include traditional lawn games such as Gunny Sack Races, Corn Hole, Horseshoes, Ring Toss, Graces, Bingo, and a delightful bubble station, among others. Guests are also welcome to bring their own packed lunches, should they prefer.

For the comfort and safety of all participants, please note the following logistical considerations:

* **Prohibited Items:** For safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted on the shuttle service. Furthermore, the consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly prohibited on shuttle and on the church premises throughout the duration of the event.

* **Animals:** Service animals, accompanied by appropriate documentation, are welcome on the shuttle and at the event. We kindly request that other pets are not brought aboard the shuttle or onto the event grounds.

* **Parking:** Due to the limited capacity of our on-site facilities, church parking is reserved exclusively for individuals with disabilities and for temporary drop-off/pick-up purposes.

* **Shuttle Service:** A complimentary shuttle service will be provided for seamless transportation between the church venue and designated off-site parking facilities.
