Bonham, Texas -- There is never a dull moment at the Downtown Bonham Fire Station and that was certainly the case Friday evening, April 3, 2026 as friends arrived with healthy appetites and smiles on their faces in anticipation of a dinner to remember.
This unique experience was the result of some good-natured, competitive bidding between Brenda Moore and Dr. Dana Sisk at this year's Taste of Chocolate, with a steak dinner for four at the "hottest spot in town" on the line.
The "hottest spot in town" turned out to be the Downtown Bonham Fire Station.
In the end, Moore and Sisk decided to collaborate and what was billed to be a dinner for four turned into an enjoyable evening for six friends.
The meal was cooked and hosted by Bonham Fire Department.
