Bonham, Texas -- Kenneth Wayne Evans, 59, of Telephone, Texas, passed away on May 3, 2026. He was born on March 28, 1967, in Denton, Texas, to Roger Lynn Evans and Linda Huschke Evans.

Kenneth was passionate about his career as a Journeyman Lineman with Techline and took great pride in his hard work and dedication. Outside of work, he found joy in hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. Kenneth lived life on his own terms, with a free spirit and strong independence.

He is survived by his loving parents, Roger and Linda Evans of Telephone, Texas; his sister, Cindy Simms and husband David of Telephone, Texas; his nephew, Korey Pierce and wife Taylor of Durant, Oklahoma; and his step-niece, Hayley Drawdy and husband Bryan of Seminole, Alabama.

A visitation will be held on May 15, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham.

Kenneth will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
