The Pulse advanced to the 2026 MLV Championship match Thursday night with a four-set semifinal victory over the San Diego Mojo at Comerica Center, winning 28-30, 25-18, 25-17, 25-10 in the franchise’s first-ever postseason appearance.

After dropping a tightly contested opening set, Dallas responded with poise and power that have defined its remarkable first season. The Pulse evened the match in the second set, took control in the third, and dominated the fourth to punch their ticket to the championship match in front of an energized North Texas crowd.
Outside hitters Sofia Maldonado Diaz and Mimi Colyer once again powered the Dallas offense, while local standout Kaylee Cox delivered another strong all-around performance.

Setter Natalia Valentin-Anderson guided the attack, and the Pulse defense took over with a commanding blocking effort to close out the match.
The win adds another milestone to a historic first season for Dallas Pulse. In less than a year, the team has introduced professional volleyball to North Texas, built a passionate fan base, secured a postseason berth and now advanced to the league’s championship match.
Saturday’s championship will bring together two of Major League Volleyball’s top teams in a winner-take-all match with a $1 million prize on the line.
