Bonham, Texas -- Michael Donnell Kuykendall, 55, of Trenton, Texas passed away on May 10, 2026. He was born on September 24, 1970, in San Diego, California, the beloved son of Michael Kuykendall and Patricia Martin Kuykendall, and he touched the lives of many in his community.

Michael was a talented handyman, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was a member of the Trenton Masonic Lodge, 761 AF & AM, where he formed lasting friendships and made a positive impact on those around him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael Donnell Kuykendall and Patricia Louise Kuykendall.

Michael is survived by his wife, Janet Kuykendall. His son, Brandon Kuykendall, daughter, Taylor Hughes, grandchildren, siblings, and stepdaughter, Dawn Williams, and her husband, Shane. Michael was incredibly loved by his family and friends and will be truly missed.

A memorial service to celebrate Michael's life will be held on May 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham. There will be a visitation an hour prior to the service.
