Greenville, Texas -- It’s time to sign up for Camp Doughboy at the Audie Murphy/American Cotton Museum. This year’s theme will focus on the World War I era. All of the arts and crafts, games, songs and activities will relate to the theme. For example, some of the activities will include making a parachute and gas mask, creating a trench scene diorama, making a biplane, learning about World War I and learning some new songs. These are just some of the activities that will be taking place during the program.
The week-long camp program will be for 6-10 year olds from 9:00-12:00. It will take place July 14-18 and will cost $70. To register your child please call (903) 450-4502. The museum is located at 600 Interstate Hwy 30 in Greenville, TX.
