Leonard, Texas -- Michael Alan Hasley, 64, of Leonard, Texas, passed away on June 16, 2026. He was born on July 1, 1961, in Dallas, Texas, to Mickey Rooney Hasley and Patricia Ann Bardon Hasley.

Michael married the love of his life, Brandi Lyn Mullett Hasley, on November 9, 2014. They moved to Leonard in 2016 & together they built a life centered around family, love, and dedication. Michael was a hardworking licensed plumber for over 30 years. He loved deer hunting & took great pride in his work and life.

Michael was a devoted husband, father and Pawpaw. He worked tirelessly to ensure those he loved were cared for and supported.

Michael's greatest joy came from spending time with his family, participating with his son in Angels League Special Olympics and spoiling his granddaughters. He was a loving husband, a proud father, and a cherished Pawpaw whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents Mickey Rooney Hasley and Patricia Ann Hasley and his brothers James Ray Hasley and Timothy Charles Hasley.

Michael is survived by his beloved wife Brandi Hasley of Leonard, Texas; daughter Hannah Dorris and husband Ethan Dorris of Denison, Texas; son Christian Mullett of Leonard, Texas; bonus son Ryan Willet of Rockwall, Texas; granddaughters Leanna & Abigail & Lorelai; brothers Mark K Hasley of Arizona and Brian K Hasley of Missouri; sister-in-law Laura Hasley of Canton, Texas; along with numerous nieces & nephews & extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home.
