Grayson County, Texas -- The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) officials have announced upcoming nightly full closures of the US 75 northbound entrance ramp from SH-91 beginning at 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. on July 14 until July 15.

The US 75 northbound ramp closure permits the installation of large guide signs structures along the mainlanes.

The US 75 northbound frontage road motorists will remain on the frontage road and enter US 75 northbound mainlanes from the Loy Lake Road (Sherman) entrance ramp.

All closures are subject to being altered due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or material supply issues.

During this period, TxDOT urges drivers to exercise caution. Motorists who travel frequently in this area are asked to pay special attention to all barricades, traffic controls, and signs, and to reduce their speed as they approach and travel through work zones. Motorists should also avoid distractions such as cell phones, eating, drinking, or car audio or navigation systems. TxDOT also asks drivers to remain alert to road crews while navigating through the construction zone.
