How it works
Using the McKinney TX App, participants follow the America 250 Scavenger Hunt tour and check in at each historic stop along the way. Once every location has been checked in, participants can bring their completed hunt to the Visit McKinney Experience Center & Shop at 200 W. Virginia St. to claim their exclusive America 250 challenge coin, while supplies last.
The McKinney TX App must be downloaded in order to check in at each stop. The app is available for free download at visitmckinney.com/app.

The America 250 Scavenger Hunt weaves through these landmarks and more, giving participants a self-guided way to connect with McKinney's past while celebrating the nation's milestone anniversary.
