The US 75 southbound closure permits the removal of traffic barrier and the northbound allows the removal of forms from the Lamberth Drive bridge.

The US 75 southbound motorists will be detoured at Exit 65, southbound exit to Loy Lake Road, Sherman. Motorist will follow the marked detour and re-enter US 75 southbound mainlanes near Travis Street.

The US 75 northbound motorists will be detoured at Exit 60, the northbound exit to N. Travis Street. Motorists will follow the posted detour and re-enter northbound US 75 at the Loy Lake Road entrance in Sherman.

All closures are subject to being delayed/altered due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or material supply issues.

During this period, TxDOT urges drivers to exercise caution. Motorists who travel frequently in this area are asked to pay special attention to all barricades, traffic controls, and signs, and to reduce their speed as they approach and travel through work zones. Motorists should also avoid distractions such as cell phones, eating, drinking, or car audio or navigation systems. TxDOT also asks drivers to remain alert to road crews while navigating through the construction zone.
