Ector came out strong in the opening set, taking control early and cruising to a 25-14 victory. The Lady Eagles faced a much tougher battle in the second set, but stayed composed in a back-and-forth finish to edge Tom Bean 27-25. Ector carried that momentum into the third set and closed out the match with a 25-22 win to complete the sweep.

The Lady Eagles received contributions throughout the lineup on both offense and defense.

Adalynn Dederick finished with four aces, seven kills, 15 assists and six digs. Alana Mackey turned in an all-around performance with one ace, 11 kills, 12 assists and eight digs.

Audrey Arie helped anchor the defense with 16 digs while adding one ace and two assists. Ainsley Greathouse recorded three aces and seven digs, while Aleea Wheeler added three aces, six kills and two digs.

Ella Laymance contributed one ace, five kills and nine digs. Cheyenne Beaty finished with four kills and two digs, while Odette Cruz added four kills and four digs.

With the 25-14, 27-25, 25-22 victory, Ector added another sweep to its early-season résumé as the Lady Eagles continue working to Make Their Presence Known.
