Hear comments regarding changes to the Fannin County Subdivision Regulations; Update of Section 3.1 Exceptions to Platting, to include an application for exception to platting be processed with a $100 fee and after approval through Commissioners Court, an affidavit and survey must be filed with County Clerk’s office– County Judge

3. Hear comments regarding update of Subdivision Regulations fee schedule; to increase third-party reviewing engineer fees and adding affidavit for exception application fee – County Judge

4. Adjourn.
