Boles, Texas -- The Dodd City Lady Hornets improved to 14-4 on the year with a dominant three-set win over Boles. The Lady Hornets only allowed 25 points during the entire match, posting one-sided wins of 25-9, 25-7 and 25-9.

Dodd City junior Gracyn Shindler led all hitters with 13 kills and Kodi Dorau was close behind with 10 kills. Kayleigh McBrayer and Caroline Lackey both had three kills and Kendyl Lindsey put down a pair of kills.

McBrayer handed out 14 assists, Adisen White had 11 assists and Kennedy Chaney finished with four assists.

Shindler got under a team-high 22 digs.

Chaney and McBrayer both had five aces and White had four aces.

Lackey had one block.

Dodd City has a pair of matches on the road next week. The Lady Hornets will play at Collinsville on Tuesday, September 15 and then travel to take on Como-Pickton on Friday, September 18.
