McKinney, Texas -- Marian T Marsh, 94, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2026, at her home. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to Arvilla and Frank Trent. They moved to Columbia, MO and started the Empire Roller Rink.  Marian participated in skate competitions and also taught skating. She was a graduate of Hickman High School. In 1951, she married the love of her life, Joseph Marsh.

Marian was an avid bowler, golfer, and worked as a Registered Bridal Consultant for Buchroeder's Jewelers. After moving to the cattle farm in Rocheport, MO, she volunteered as a 4H leader for many years.

She was preceded in death by her soul mate Joseph Marsh, her parents, Arvilla and Frank Trent, and sister Frances Holt.

She is survived by her children, Diana Ivy (Paul), Joseph Marsh Jr (Julia) and Deborah Perkins (Michael); brother William Trent (Lisa); many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Service will be held at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in McKinney, Texas on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home.
