Bonham, Texas -- Shirley Jean Davidson passed away at her home in Bonham, TX on November 18, 2024. Arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home.

Shirley was born on April 5, 1957 in Bonham, TX to EJ and Peggy Davidson. She was a woman of strong faith in the Lord and this faith would carry her through life's many trials. Shirley would spend hours tending to her flower garden. Her happiest times were spent with her grandchildren.

Shirley loved being Me Maw. She will be fondly remembered as being the "backbone" of the family. Her strong willed, stubborn, and vivacious personality will live on in the hearts of her children and grandchildren.

Visitation for Shirley will be Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Wise Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Willow Wild on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Ron Greene officiating.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, EJ and Peggy Davidson, ex-husband, Ricky House, and sister, Teresa Naylor.

She is survived by son, Kenneth House (Raquel), daughter, April House, granddaughters, Ashlyn House, Brennan House, great-grandchildren, Kynlee House, Seth Robertson Jr., Kaiah House, sisters, Rose Tadlock (Mike), and Belinda Pearson.
