SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1. Call to Order & Welcome

2. Invocation

3. Establish Quorum

4. Read and approve Minutes of 03/27/2025 meeting

5. Financial Report, review bank balance

6. Discussion and possible action regarding funds needed for our web sight

7. Discussion regarding the appointment of the Fannin County Fire Marshal

8. Discussion regarding Red River Groundwater Management plan and Texas Water Development Board Management Strategies for Fannin County

9. Discuss and start developing a time line for future water needs in Fannin County

10. Discussion regarding total water usage in the County, total meters 5 years ago, total meters today that are active, and total meters that are under contract but not yet active

11. Discussion and possible action to raise funds for upcoming projects; .25 per meter

12. Public Forum: To speak at the FCWSA Board meeting, a Public Participation form must be filled out and returned to the Director prior to the beginning of the meeting

13. Adjourn.
